My Story
Kirti’s name is Sanskrit and it means “the lioness who, by embodying the Creator's divine love, is recognized and honored by others, as she performs sacred work in the world.”
I enjoy getting to know you, growing with you, and creating healthy, and fruitful connections. Therefore, I offer an array of services to support health, healing, and harmonization, of mind, body, and spirit over a period of time.
This requires a commitment, from both you and I, to show up and do the work.
Kirti Preet Kaur is a behavioral therapist and a multidimensional wellness practitioner.
Kirti’s wellness work is centered on four pillars: integrity, a commitment to excellence, trust, and a servants heart. She works with corporate teams, schools, and people from all walks of life to align body, mind, and soul through a variety of modalities, including sound healing, reiki, kundalini yoga, vocal coaching and intuitive guidance.
Her services were offered at the La Prairie Spa at Waldorf Astoria in Beverly Hills, where she became a Forbes-trained and Forbes 5 Star practitioner. She provided the inspiration for the spa’s Wellness Menu that incorporates Eastern modalities of health and wellness into a luxury setting.
In her work as a therapist, Kirti serves special needs children and families. She was drawn to become a student of psychology after discovering that her son was special needs. Her own experience and intensive training allow her to offer an empathetic, heart-led approach to healing and creative expression of the divine self.

Kundalini Yoga develops your relationship to your mental potential. You learn to use the clarity of the neutral, intuitive, comprehensive mind. Through meditation, you can calm the mind and develop your intuition to recognize what is real and important to you.

Knowledge becomes wisdom when you experience it with your own heart and Being, when it becomes your personal experience. In Kundalini Yoga the most important thing is your experience. I was first introduced to Kundalini Yoga by my Spiritual Counselor in 2010. I had left my marriage, my career, my family, I was running from all identities I had created, searching for my truth. My Kundalini Yoga practice allowed me to lovingly unite, heal, forgive and align all of the scattered and tattered pieces of me I had left behind and parts of me I had abandoned.
My dedication and commitment to be whole and healthy, peaceful and harmonious, balanced with clear intention was most rewarded when I would meet and greet myself on my mat. This by far, has been one of the most eviscerating, yet empowering, experiences of my life, other than becoming a mother.
Having completed Level 1 Teacher Training with Krishna Kaur, I am now a KRI Certified Kundalini Teacher and am overjoyed to share my beloved practice worldwide.

As a professional vocalist for over 20 years, I have used my voice in a plethora of ways. From school auditoriums to motherhood lullaby’s, Broadway stages, legendary historic cathedrals, coliseums and stadiums, living rooms and quaint spaces, to glorious exclusive outdoor settings in nature, I have been blessed to make people feel by changing the atmosphere of a space using my voice as a conduit for healing.
I also incorporate vibrational sound therapy in my sessions, using binaural beats and Isochronic tones, The Gong, singing bowls, and tuning forks to improve brain waves through brain entrainment. As the sound frequencies become established in the nervous system and subconscious, every cell of your body will vibrate.

You are a story worth singing. You are a walking song. You have a distinct whole body instrument. We are designed by nature to be an acoustic instrument. I help you to develop your voice, hone your skills, and establish an “everyone is a singer mentality.” You will learn to feel good and accept where your voice is, and sing the song of your body, with confidence and clarity.
It is in our breath where we discover who we truly are. Once connected to our breath, we can then equip ourselves with the proper tools and techniques necessary to hone, shape, develop and be responsible with our sound and vibration, allowing us to speak from a heart centered, core engaged, point of power with focused intention.
I use a unique approach with my vocal clients. Although I value and have myself been trained classically as a professional vocalist, I have learned how to expand upon standard techniques for optimal results and deeper, more purposeful connection to oneself, one’s gift, talent and audience.
Sessions commence with breathing techniques to establish a solid foundation of self and to discover ones unique rhythm, sound and vibration. Through chanting, I teach how to harmonize one’s personal energies, tuning mind, body and spirit as instruments. We will explore and expand your unique sound through vocalization and mindful singing all while incorporating performance techniques.
My passion is to hear your innate musicality, the voice come out of you through fun and play.

Hypnosis is a psychology-based field of study that focuses on altered states of consciousness. Hypnotherapy is the process through which, these altered states of consciousness can be used to influence positive changes in peoples attitudes, perception and behaviours.
Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that uses the power of suggestion to encourage positive change. As a hypnotherapist I use communication skills and deep relaxation techniques to help people reach a state where the conscious part of their mind is relaxed, and their subconscious part becomes more open to suggestion (or new perspectives). I also include light sound healing to support what I call, “tuning in” with your subconscious.
Hypnosis (or hypnotherapy) uses guided relaxation, deep concentration, and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness (often referred to as a trance). You will discover how to discipline your mind to focus on only one thing, while temporarily blocking out or ignoring all other distractive thoughts, ideas or sensations.
What is hypnotherapy used for? Hypnotherapy can be used to manage anxiety, fears, unhelpful behaviour patterns, impulsive reactions, and also address detrimental habits. It can be used to help improve sleep, learning difficulties, communication skills, and even relationship troubles.

It is a safe and gentle practice that helps remove blocks and restores energy and balance by contributing to healing on a physical, emotional and mental level.

Practitioners place their hands on and/or above the client’s body and conduct “universal energy” from their arms through their hands, which, in turn, directly flows into the client’s body.
As a basic law of physics, all cells and atoms, blood, bone, thoughts, etc. are in a constant state of vibration. This vibration creates a bio magnetic field, also known as “Ki.”
During a healing session, the energy from the hands of the practitioner, emanates a significantly larger bio magnetic field allowing the wisdom of the body to draw healing energy to where it is needed most.
Through entrainment, the harmonization of two oscillating energies, the practitioner and client enter into agreement and the practitioner becomes a conduit for Reiki’s healing energy. Reiki energy is a divine intelligence and flows exactly where it is needed most.
